John Malos interviews Professor David R. Mugridge, a graduate and now professor at San Joaquin College of Law, about his experience and knowledge in the criminal law, followed by an interview with Attorney Amanda Moran, a 2016 SJCL grad and recently named partner in the Mugridge Moran Law Firm. Also interviewed is Jason Oleson, a third-year law student, who discusses the constitutionality of having a photo or bible at Voir Dire and at the trial as a jury member. They also talk about the selection process.
Malos later talks to law students Janay Kinder and Pedro Ramirez about the new two day bar exam and their reasons for pursuing law.
