California attorneys are required to complete 25 credit hours of continuing education every three years.
Each year one-third of the California practicing bar must report to the California State Bar regarding the number of CLE credits they have earned over the past three-year period. Each attorney is responsible for keeping his or her own records of courses attended and submitting a compliance card. at the end of their compliance period.
