
Reporter Jobin Panicker interviews San Joaquin College of Law Co-founder John Loomis on the eve of his formally being named a Chevalier of the Legion of Honor, the highest award issued by the country of France. Loomis was honored for his World War II service, in which his unit helped push the Germans out of the town of Metz. The French Consul General says it is the duty of France to honor those who fought for the freedom that country enjoys today.
