San Joaquin Agricultural Review Editors Jarrett Rogers and Sarah McNabb are interviewed by Tom Willey on this edition of "Down on the Farm" on 88.1-KFCF.  The San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review, founded in 1990, is published by SJCL students and is the oldest agricultural law review in the country. Rogers and McNabb discuss their comments in the latest volume, including whether constitutional challenges to California's 2008 voter-approved farm animal welfare law are going anywhere and whether EPA pesticide registration procedures can be modified soon enough to save endangered honeybees.
