Panel on Obamacare to ask, landmark law or DOA?

Health careControversial health care reform will be the topic du jour for Constitution Day at California State University, Fresno, with a panel of professors set to discuss the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
The free event, titled “Obamacare: Landmark Legislation or Dead on Arrival?” starts at 10 a.m. Sept. 17 at the Satellite Student Union, 5241 N. Maple Ave.
The panelists are Fresno State political science professors Yishaiya Abosch, Jeff Cummins and Tom Holyoke, and Jeffrey G. Purvis, a professor at San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis.
