In addition to his legal practice, Alex worked as a congressional aide in Washington, D.C. and in the San Joaquin Valley, where he initially became involved in water policy issues. A Visalia native, he holds a B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s from the University of Missouri. He graduated with highest honors from SJCL in 2001.
