Torts I

Trevor Hickey is an experienced civil litigator and in-house trial attorney with CSAA Insurance Exchange. Licensed in California and Utah, he has spent more than twenty years handling personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance defense, and coverage matters. Mr. Hickey earned his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and has practiced on both the defense and plaintiff sides of civil litigation, including with McCormick Barstow and the Law Offices of Darryl B. Freedman. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Settlement Officer for the Fresno Superior Court and has coached high school mock trial teams throughout Clovis Unified School District for over twenty years.
