Her practice is devoted exclusively to employment law, where she represents employers in a wide range of civil litigation and administrative matters in both state and federal courts. Her experience includes defending claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and actions brought under California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

During law school, she served as a member of the Moot Court Team and as Managing Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. Upon graduation, she was awarded the Order of the Barristers in recognition of her excellence in courtroom advocacy. As an adjunct professor, she brings her litigation experience into the classroom, helping students understand how the rules of civil procedure shape case strategy and outcomes.
