Brhan Ahmed is a Senior Associate at the global law firm Hogan Lovells and is based in its Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, encompassing business disputes, healthcare matters, fraud, antitrust, and cybersecurity. Mr. Ahmed has represented Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes, multi-million and multi-billion-dollar litigation in California, as well as in multidistrict proceedings spanning jurisdictions across the United States. He also has international experience in data privacy and cybersecurity, such as advising on cross-border investigations involving a multinational company headquartered in Europe. Some of Mr. Ahmed’s accomplishments include successfully securing the dismissal of a multi-billion-dollar lawsuit on behalf of a Fortune 5 company and obtaining a multi-million-dollar trial judgment in a fraud action for a leading U.S. healthcare company.
