Ryan L. Eddings is a partner at Hanson Bridgett LLP and the firm’s Fresno Market Leader, where he established and leads Hanson Bridgett’s Fresno office. His practice focuses on management-side labor and employment law, representing employers in litigation, administrative proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution, and advising on workplace policies, compliance strategies, and risk mitigation under California and federal law.
Before joining Hanson Bridgett, Mr. Eddings practiced for more than fifteen years at Littler Mendelson’s Fresno office, including service as Office Managing Shareholder. He began his career in Fresno with Baker Manock & Jensen, handling complex business litigation and developing a strong motion-practice foundation that informs his current work advising and defending employers.
Mr. Eddings brings a practice-oriented perspective to statutory and common-law workplace issues, litigation strategy, and the real-world counseling decisions employers face. He is admitted to practice in California and Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Courts for both states and the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Eddings is active in the Fresno community, including service as a Commissioner on the City of Fresno Historic Preservation Commission and as a board member of the Fresno County Bar Association. Outside of practice, he enjoys historic architecture, gardening, and golf.
