Rick provides in-house general legal counsel for administration, medical staff leadership and the Board of Trustees on corporate matters, in addition to ongoing compliance and regulations. Prior to joining Saint Agnes Medical Center in 2015, Rick served Valley Children’s Hospital from 2002 – 2015. Before moving into the practice of health care law Rick maintained a private practice in civil defense litigation and public agency representation. He obtained a business degree from Fresno State followed by his Juris Doctor in 1997 from San Joaquin College of Law.

Criminal, Family and Juvenile Law
Mary is the C.E.O., Senior Managing Partner and litigator at Walters & Moshrefi. She graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Criminology. Her focus is family law and mediation, as well as criminal law, juvenile and traffic laws. She is a faculty member and Professor of Law at the University of Phoenix, and past president of the Family Law Division of the Fresno County Bar Association. She is also a former member of the Advisory Panel of the American Bar Association and the CPDA.

Michael is the founder and managing shareholder for Dias Law Firm Inc., a general practice law firm in his hometown of Hanford. Michael practices in a wide range of areas, including litigation, agriculture and business. He has been involved in trials in numerous states, including Washington, Texas, New Mexico and Utah. After earning his B.A. in Economics from Fresno State University, Michael completed law school while working full time at the family dairy, and raising his family. He is currently a trustee for San Joaquin College of Law, and is part of the Local Advisor Committee for Farm Credit West. He is also the current president of the Kings County Bar Association.

As an Associate attorney with Bolen Fransen Sawyers LLP, Lisa’s evolving practice includes a wide range of business and real estate services, including entity formation, business transactions, commercial and agricultural real estate purchase, and commercial and agricultural lending. Lisa earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Fresno State University in 1991. She pursued a 20 year commission in the California Air National Guard, where she served as the Base Civil Engineer for the installation at Fresno Yosemite International Airport. After retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, she received her J.D. from SJCL graduating second in her class with high honors.

Criminal Trial Attorney
Fresno County Public Defender’s Office
Henry is a criminal defense trial attorney for the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office. He represents clients who have been charged with various misdemeanor allegations. He earned his B.A. in Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Criminal Justice from Cal Poly, Pomona. Upon his admission to the State Bar, he opened his own private criminal defense law practice. Henry has volunteered for the California Worker’s Rights Clinic and enjoys volunteering at mock trial competitions at Fresno State University.
