Roger is a Criminal Law Specialist Certified by the State Bar of California. He also practices criminal defense in Federal Courts throughout California. Roger spent almost 10 years as a prosecutor with the Tulare County and Fresno County Districts Attorney's Offices. As a Deputy District Attorney, Roger prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony crimes. He has extensive experience with White Collar Crimes, Arson, and Consumer Protection law. He also handles personal injury matters and administrative hearings. Roger has been recognized for his expertise and litigation successes by several state and national business organizations and regulatory agencies. His extensive experience in this area includes civil law enforcement actions brought on behalf of regulatory agencies. Roger currently sits on the Board of Directors of the SJCL Alumni Association as Representative to the Board of Trustees.
