San Joaquin College of Law proudly announces the release of the 20th Volume of the San Joaquin Agricultural Law Review (SJALR). To commemorate this significant milestone in its history, SJALR will be hosting a release event on March 9, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm at the Veteran’s Memorial Building located at 808 Fourth Street, Clovis.
This event will feature SJCL founder, retired Judge Oliver Wanger, as the keynote speaker, as well as an introduction of the journal. This event is not only a celebration of the 20th volume, but also the 20 years of history that this achievement represents. Comments and articles over these 20 years have been cited in various legal authorities, including California Supreme Court and the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Most importantly, this event will be a celebration of the crucial connection between agriculture and the Central Valley. SJALR invites those who are involved with and interested in the agricultural community, as well as former writers and editors of the Law Review and other friends of SJALR.
If you would like to attend, please RSVP to Kasi Welte at KWelte@SJCL.edu or call 559-323-2100.
