Small, busy state-wide law firm, with offices in Northern and Southern California, seeking a highly motivated remote contract to permanent civil litigation attorney with 2 to 4 years’ experience in California state court and/or Federal Court.
The firm’s practice areas include insurance defense, premises liability, environmental litigation (CERCLA), real estate litigation, business litigation and employment litigation.
An ideal candidate will have sufficient experience to independently handle:
- Discovery (propounding and responding)
- Drafting and responding to pleadings and motions
- Depositions (taking and defending)
- Routine court appearances
The starting rate for this position will be $55 - $70 per hour.
