The Maintenance Assistant plays a critical role in cleaning and maintaining our college facility, including offices, classrooms, restroom facilities and kitchens to the highest level of cleanliness. The candidate must have knowledge of safe protocols and disposal of chemical liquids. The Maintenance Assistantis an important part of the Facilities Team contributing to the college’s personnel and students’ safety and satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum of one year, ideally two-three years proven experience in janitorial or maintenance services. Must be able to speak English fluently Job Requirements Must be able to regularly work 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. Occasionally (2-4 times annually) flexibility will be required to accommodate the set-up of college events which may include nights and weekends.
