The Law Offices of Davis & VanWagenen is a personal injury law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in personal injury law while working in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in person, by phone, and via email
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients (verbal and written)
- Assist attorney with personal injury case preparation
- Organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic case files
- Draft and process correspondence and legal documents
- Track deadlines and support case timelines
- Manage multiple tasks while working efficiently under deadlines
- Collaborate with attorney and staff to ensure smooth case progression
Qualifications
- Spanish speaking preferred (verbal & written)
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
