We are looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of legal matters including research, drafting, and client representation. Key Responsibilities
- Draft contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Prepare for and represent clients in legal proceedings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide strategic legal counsel
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and successful completion of the bar exam
- Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on client success

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
