Responsibilities
- Lead client meetings, including Family Wealth Planning Sessions, Signing Meetings, and Binder Delivery Meetings
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate pleadings, and related legal documents
- Manage probate and trust administration cases from start to finish, including legal drafting, asset transfers, and client communication
- Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary
- Coordinate with paralegals and administrative staff to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering compassionate legal guidance throughout the process
Requirements
- Active license to practice law in the State of California (in good standing)
- Experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration preferred but not required
- Strong legal research, writing, and document drafting skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and client-communication skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to thrive independently while working collaboratively with a team
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
