Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings, including Family Wealth Planning Sessions, Signing Meetings, and Binder Delivery Meetings
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate pleadings, and related legal documents
  • Manage probate and trust administration cases from start to finish, including legal drafting, asset transfers, and client communication
  • Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary
  • Coordinate with paralegals and administrative staff to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering compassionate legal guidance throughout the process

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in the State of California (in good standing)
  • Experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration preferred but not required
  • Strong legal research, writing, and document drafting skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive independently while working collaboratively with a team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Monthly Performance-Based Bonuses
