Retired Presiding Justice and San Joaquin College of Law Professor James Ardaiz is the guest of this edition of Valley Views on the Law.  Ardaiz is currently Of Counsel to Baker Manock and Jensen, where his specialties include arbitration.  The discussion ranges from arbitration issues surrounding the Honda small claims case to whether consumers are unfairly forced into signing arbitration agreements to obtain cell phone and other services.  In addition, the retired justice reacts to Newt Gingrich’s suggestion that judges with whom he disagrees should be brought before Congress.
