Don Penner was appointed to a judgeship in the Fresno County Superior Court in November 2006.
He had served the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office since 1975 as Deputy, Senior Deputy, Chief Deputy and Assistant District Attorney.
Judge Penner is married to Linda Penner who is the Chief Probation Officer for the County of Fresno. They have two great children. Their son is attending CSUF and their daughter is a senior in high school.
