Diana Dooley is currently the Secretary of the California Health and Human Services Agency. In that capacity she chairs the California Health Benefit Exchange Board and is responsible for implementation of the new Affordable Care Act. Diana is known for her service and commitment to the Valley. She has served on the Boards of the UC Merced Foundation, Blood Source of Northern California, and The Maddy Institute at CSUF. She is also a past president of Planned Parenthood, the Visalia
Diana assists SJCL regularly in recruiting new students. She has driven from Sacramento to appear at SJCL Law Forums and as speaker for the Pauline Davis Hanson Dinner. She is a regular financial supporter of SJCL.
