Randy Ghan, Secretary Treasurer of the Fresno-Madera-Tulare-Kings Central Labor Council is the guest on this edition of Valley Views on the Law. Ghan addresses issues including declining union ranks, changing perceptions of unions, benefits of membership, and the current dispute between unions and Fresno County in which a nine percent rollback in pay prompted a three-day work stoppage.
