“Valley Views on the Law” leaves the control room to join Constitutional Law Professor Jeffrey G. Purvis at his September 17, 2013 Constitution Day lecture titled “HOW THE GAYS SEEK TO DESTROY US ALL BY GETTING MARRIED; or, Recent Developments in the Law: Human Rights for the LGBT Community.” Professor Purvis examines the recent US Supreme Court decisions in Hollingsworth versus Perry and United States versus Windsor and opines as to what they reflect with regard to constitutional interpretation, the rule of law, and the quality of justice in the United States.
