"Don't Vote! Let the rich people run America, as God and the Framers intended!”
That was the title of this year’s Constitution Day lecture at San Joaquin College of Law on September 21st, as Professor Jeffrey G. Purvis examined what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they were deciding who the deciders would be, along with recent manipulations of voter rolls and voter rights as those seeking to obtain or maintain power try to tweak potential trickles of dissent.
