Clason Immigration Law Firm, whose specialty is family-based immigration, asylum, deportation/removal defense, naturalization/citizenship, and immigration-related appeals, seeks one full-time or two part-time law clerks with a passion for immigration and nationality law. No experience necessary, and current SJCL students are encouraged to apply. Applicants who obtain the position will report directly to firm owner/president Jeremy Clason, have direct client interaction, as well as prepare motions, briefs, appeals, and client declarations. Other requirements include:
- Fluency (reading, writing and speaking) in the Spanish language preferred but not required.
- Discipline, organization, and good interpersonal
- Proficient in typing, calendar management, and Google
