Borton Petrini, LLP, a dynamic statewide A-V rated law firm, has an immediate opening in their Sacramento, Bakersfield, Los Angeles, and San Diego office for a civil litigation/insurance defense associate attorney.
- 3+ Civil Litigation attorney experience required
- 3+ years experience in insurance defense preferred
- Experience with attending court hearings, arbitrations and mediations
- Experience with taking and defending depositions
- Drafting discovery and contractual agreements.
- Strong writing and communication skills with clients and opposing counsel/attorneys
- Trial experience is desired
Requirements:
- California Bar membership
- Civil litigation and insurance defense experience
