We are seeking a Transactional Associate with 2-5 years’ experience in the practice of law, including relevant transactional experience in entity formation and maintenance, business contracts, real estate transactions, secured lending and other business transactions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research and writing skills, the ability to interpret and analyze transactions, develop thoughtful solutions, and work both independently and collaboratively.
