Zenith Insurance Company is seeking an experienced workers’ compensation attorney to join our team of innovative, adaptive and diverse legal professionals who collaborate to balance the interests of injured employees and a large group of employers (our policyholders). Qualified applicants will have 4+ years of experience as a Trial Attorney for legal defense of workers’ compensation claims. The Trial Attorney II at Zenith will handle complex cases under the state administrative process as well as state and federal courts. You will work with claims specialists, doctors, special investigators and other in-house specialists to help develop your cases. The expected salary range for this position $117,515.41 to $146,894.26. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.
