Rachel Cartier is a Senior Deputy District Attorney at the Madera County District Attorney’s Office. Over the course of her career, she has prosecuted criminal cases ranging from infractions to special circumstance homicide cases. She is currently assigned to the Madera Narcotics Enforcement Team where she prosecutes Madera County’s largest drug trafficking organizations.
